All services are provided via Telehealth by an Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor licensed by the State of Tennessee.
SERVICES OFFERED
Substance Abuse Group Therapy
All group therapy sessions are exclusively through telehealth and there is no cost for clients to receive group therapy.
Clients are encouraged to follow all treatment recommendations (such as outside AA/NA or other 12-Step Meetings) and attend all scheduled groups for a minimum of 12 weeks to be considered “completed.”
Clients can attend groups for as long as they need to, but potential clients must have an assessment through Solutions prior to entering group therapy to determine appropriate level of care.
Group Therapy Sessions Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays (Structured Format: 5 Keys to Recovery) from 6pm to 8pm. ***maximum number of group participants is 16***

Alcohol and Drug Abuse Assessments
Alcohol and Drug Abuse Assessments are conducted using the Addiction Severity Index 5th Edition and are required prior to clients engaging in substance abuse group therapy.
Assessment Availability: Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30pm to 8:30pm.

SASSI Screenings
Screenings for potential alcohol/substance use disorders are conducted using the online SASSI Screening Tool.
Assessment Availability: Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30pm to 8:30pm.

Alcohol and Drug Education Classes (Not DUI School)
Alcohol and Drug Education Classes are conducted by a Licensed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor one Saturday per month. This is a live, instructor-led class that meets through Zoom. Certificates are given for completion of 12 hours of education.
Class Time: 1st Saturday of each month from 8am to 8pm

Anger Management Classes
Anger Management Classes are conducted every Friday by a certified instructor. This is a live, instructor-led class that meets through Zoom. Certificates are given at the completion of 8 classes (8 Classes = 1 Course).

SAP DOT Assessments
DOT SAP assessments are conducted by a Substance Abuse Professional to evaluate individuals who have violated DOT drug and alcohol regulations, determining if they need assistance to return to safety-sensitive work.
